Some of your issues sound like some i had myself.
If the fix don`t help your box, Try this.

Try putting a small diode on the center pin of the coax, This stops the box from locking up and looping.
Not sure what size you need, not a big one as you only send 18v and under 1amp to the motor/LNB.

boa noite meu nome e wilson sou novo no forum, estou tendo problema com meu decode ele fica travando alguns canais e outros eles fica dando fora de escala sera que essa atualização resovera meu problema ,desde ja agradeço , desculpem se postei errado novo no forum ><
