    Some of your issues sound like some i had myself.
    If the fix don`t help your box, Try this.


    Try putting a small diode on the center pin of the coax, This stops the box from locking up and looping.
    Not sure what size you need, not a big one as you only send 18v and under 1amp to the motor/LNB.
