use the searchbar and you will find just about everything you need ,for example SWAPFILE
do yourself a favour and start reading all the HOW TOs..... it´ll save your hair and a few hours/days/nights headaches :)

a swap file wont help you in this situation. in fact swap files degrade performance, in all but a few exceptional circumstances i would advise against using a swap file.

do you have picons or epg saving to the flash ? do you have multiple skins installed etc ?.

are they saved to the flash ? or usb ? if there on the flash move them to the usb. a EPG.dat file grows every time you update and can easily number in the hundred plus meg file size.

i would never host a EPG on the internal flash of a E2 receiver.
