dm 520 red light blinking and tuner empty

Dear all,

i purchased dm520 two days ago from dubai. now i am facing a problem that is red light blink when turn on .

on screen just write there dreambox discover more. thats it.

kindly tell me what i do ? to resolve the issue

chose tuner

1: tuner A (empty)

2: tuner B (empty)

when i chose 1 or 2 , nothing done any thing.

now i am facing an other problem .

DM 520 recently purchased, there is erroe red light blinking. one friend suggested me to install orginal image from dreamboxupdate.com/. i did it but result is same red light blink and on screen msg shown dream box discover more. after that i installed some other images. its open but i face an other problem , problem is in tuner configuration.. tuner is empty.





so friends please help me what i do ?



original image is not supported its just red light blinking. and other image shown tuner empty.

You set up the tuner while installing the image.

There must have been something wrong during the installation of the image. I have tried most of the image to 520HD and I have never got 2 options in tuner configuration.

Try reinstalling the image and configure the tuner during installation.

for searching of issue , i found one an other error, error is no CA found.

Flashing an original image on a genuine dreambox won`t give this error, unless the box is a clone. Or you are trying a clone image on an original. PurE2 image you tried is an original.

Take off the top cover and look at the sim card. What does it show on it ?

on sim card wrote dreambox security sim a8p

i download the Latest SSL Secondstage Bootloader for DM520.

but its show in valid type file . :(

when rescue mode i got an ip address.

that ip put in my browser... its show tree option there

device information online recovery firmware upload.

i used normal way for flashing image. mentioned above

can u do it for me throug team veiwer .. please
