The problem still exist in v6.10, If I keep 'place bouquets at' Top and run jedi maker update, it rename all bouquets in enigma2 folder ending with tv.del hence all bouquets disappear and doesn't even show with GUI Restart.
If I revert it back to bottom and run an update again, it revert them back to .tv and bouquets starts showing up again with restart GUI.
I tested this and never got that problem. It all seems to work for me.
Did you try it with total clean bouquets first
I.e delete all bouquets in jedi and do a fresh ABM scan.
When I was testing I even went as far as deleting all .tv files and all .tv.del files
Rebooted, then ran ABM, then ran jedi
An alternative hack is to run jedi auto update set to bottom. 5 mins later run ABM autoupdate set to bottom
;)

I will test it again like you suggested and let you know.
One more thing I would like to ask you off topic, how can I extract catchup tv link from my m34 file the reason I am asking is, my provider only support 24hrs catchup tv and I would like to make and run a script that would download catchup tv for specific program overnight when tele is off so I can watch it anytime. Is it possible?
second one is probably easiest, as you can just edit a live stream url Change the live to timeshift and add in the duration, date and time before the stream

Just for the sake of ruling it out try in web browser the same url without https, only http and without :443 to see if the server switch automatic over to https since its the standard port in use
