Jedi Maker Xtream (IPTV Bouquet Creator) - Main thread

    Added some line's in the globalfunctions.py.

    Now the names in the list are renamed, only the "extra" HD at the end of the line not.

    Used the SNP picons download in the openATV feed.

    EPG from the EPG Importeur.



    All of the |UK|HEVC|, |UK|FHD|, |UK|HD| and |UK|SD| are gone.

    Example: |UK|HEVC| SKY SPORTS NEWS HD ==> SKY SPORTS NEWS

    Sounds great but what if hd channel is down are you removing sd channels ?

    After loading the live TV, my provider has split the channel list in the bouquet.

    It starts whit at a category |HECV| or |4K|, then |HD| and at last |SD|.

    It is separated by a marker in the list.

    Indeed are the addition's gone after adjusting the list.

    Recently introduced to your IPTV Maker and very good it is too!


    However, I can't seem to populate my TV Shows (Series) bouquets? My provider does have the word SERIES in each appropriate line (which i read earlier in this thread to check).


    I also tried to extend the server time out function but as yet I've had no success with Series lines on my m3u file?


    Any idea yourself (or anyone) on how to remedy this please?

    Series are becoming a bit of a nightmare and probably broken for a lot of people now due to providers changing the get.php addresses to direct sources (which doesn't have any reference at all it is a series stream). But I am glad you have re-read my posts and aware of this.
    Strange you say you have checked your source and seems to have /series/ in your urls.


    Like I always say, its a lot easier and a lot quicker if people have specific provider problems to just trust me with your line details via private message.
    Then I can debug exactly what the reason/fault is with out having to go through a slow back and forth conversation.

    what sort of playlist have you added.


    Jedi maker will only play ts, m3u8, avi (if your box allows), mkv, mp4

    Also older boxes will not play h.265 encoded files.


    And if xtream playlist, do not use output=mpegts

    use output=ts

    If you get that message I assume you have a Dreambox Flywings :smiling face with halo:

    This message comes up when there is no connection to your streams.

    Usually the reason is that your provider is down or your list has expired.


    If they use a non supported extensions then the message will be

    "couldn't play media type". And a hint to what gstreamer addon you need to install

    What serviceType have you choosen when you create your bouquets?

    And what image are you using

    Flywings Yes your playlist is in .m3u format. But in the settings you chose how to play your streams based on the .m3u information.

    Here you can chose serviceType. Set Live to 4097 and output to ts

    I assume you have installed the .deb from this thread and post nr 1?

    And you have a green light on your Playlist ?
