I also have KI Pro but could not set it up properly for Powervu on LibreELEC. Can you upload complete LibreELEC backup of your KI Pro (after deleting your line frm it)?

That blindscan function is generic not built for specific tuners. I don't think that will ever work.

What is BTTI ? (Boot Time To Image)

My Zgemma H5 also has blind scan option in OpenATV 6.1. It works, but store many channels twice.
