Take a look in the router while the tenda is connected to the gigablue, if you see a connection, then set use DHCP as NO and manually enter the ip address it has assigned.
Netmask will be 255.255.255.0 and gateway will be the ip address of the router, press ok to activate settings and reboot the gigablue.
Ive managed it - Went on router config page and found giga under devices with an ip address assigned - so attempted to log onto box using filezilla and voila it worked
Now that the problem has been resolved i am going to close this thread now,there is a lot of helpful advice and a good video tut on the thread for others to follow should they have the same problem.
