NO Sound

Hi All

I have vu+ultimo4k

OBH 4.2

Running IPTV player.

Problem

I get picture and NO SOUND on certain movies not all.

I get pop MPEG-4 AAC DECODER

Picture is there but not sound.

I have tried selecting different option for the player using blue button but no luck

This setting is it on the box audio setting or in the IPTV player settings
