Hello,
I just tested "DJ Set #583 Technasia Green Love Festival" and works with the exteplayer3 movie player.
In case of the gstplayer movie player the situation looks like you described.
Please note that recommended movie player for the IPTVPlayer it is exteplayer3.
To use exteplayer3 you need to install ffmpeg libs first:

There is only need to execute one command on the set-top-box terminal:
Quotecd /tmp && rm -f ffinstall.py && wget http://iptvplayer.vline.pl/ffinstall.py && python ffinstall.py
and answer several times "Y" to confirm.
When you install ffmpeg libs then, after restart enigma2, IPTVPlayer will ask you to install exteplayer3.
Active movie player can be set/change under blue button "More" > "Set/Change active movie player".
Please remember that:
The only fully supported media player is the exteplayer3. I wrote this many times. The ExtEplayer3 was developed especially for the IPTVPlayer. It's base on ffmpeg libs and it is supported and developed by me.
