Download and install CCcam from this thread
CCcam 2.3.2 Vuplus Arm All Versions Download Here
Transfer the ipk to the /tmp directory
Install it by "telnet" or Blue > Vix > install Local extension
Transfer your CCcam.cfg to /etc Just like your Twin
Start your softcam
Blue > Softcam Manager
Ensure that you have a tick next to CCcam and also start it

Or copy the ipk file on to a usb stick > insert into the receiver and follow on screen instructions.

also softcam menu in receiver says cannot read web page when I try to see the keys on the TV

Check CCcamInfo in a browser.
CCcam webinfo details are in the CCcam.cfg
put the ip address of receiver with CCcaminfo port on the end like so http://192.168.1.2:16001
