Tivùsat - Rai problems

Since this morning i have a problem with Nagra Tivùsat with Ncam but only Rai channels...Is it their problem or my problem? With my card Rai channels are black while other channels of this card can be cleared. :/

Now problems seem to be solved. Rai sometimes has these kinds of problems...thanks anyway...
