Hi...
The first image that I have installed on my receiver (uno4kse) was black Hole.
The flashing method was the same as is said in forums....
About a weak ago, I decide to flash a new image such as OpenATV 6.3 on my receiver....
I formatted the usb flash drive and send the OpenATV file to it. connect the flash to receiver and turned on the receiver with back key.... after the upgrade message appeared... pressed power to upgrade.
But it stuck on Flashing Image......
I tried 3 times more with other images.... Nothing changed.
At last, during flashing image, after the Flashing image message is appeared, I quickly disconnect and then connect the usb flash drive and it goes on..... and the new image is flashed correctly by this procedure....
Indeed, I have to do this procedure (quickly disconnect and then connect the usb flash drive when it stuck on Flashing Image) every time I want to flash any new image or backup image.
I'm using the new usb Flash drive and I format it every time that I want to flash a new image or a backup Image.
I want know...
1- What is the problem????
2- How can I fix it????
You use FAT32 formatting?
You use FAT32 formatting?
Yes
Yes You use the format of Fat32 ..... Then your flash Image is installed Correctly.
Sometimes a usb stick has some faults, use another USB stick and retry with a Raw image from openatv.
Take a USB stick with 2GB, then it should work, with larger ones there are always problems, try both USB ports.
Switch off the box at the on / off switch at the rear.
Insert the USB stick, switch the box back on at the on / off switch, then press the "power button" (touch button on the front) within 5 seconds. This will start the flash process
sometimes if you are using about all of your receiver memory by having to many plugins etc and try to flash by using a large size USB flash drive, it may cause this kind of problems. As our friend said use a 2gbusb flash drive. Also use different type USB flash drive. Some are not reliable
i am trying to make a back up of my current image on uno4kse and transfer it to another uno4kse that i have purchased, i do a back up of the current image but it wont flash the other box, any tricks i can use thanks
Are you sure it's the same model, as Uno 4k and Uno 4kse, are different (have different software/images),

Hello, I have a problem with the decoder
as always, I wanted to upload an image, I turned off the decoder, inserted a pendrive and then turned on the decoder and to my surprise it does not want to turn on, the front LED light does not light up, the decoder seems to have died, I do not know what is the reason for this ;( please help
buenas az 2 cosas cambia de pendrive si puedes y formatea en FAT 32 , y la otra enteroria debe de se pendrive de menos de 8gb de capacidad en pendrive
use stick as fat32 and extract the zipfile directly to it.Then do upgrade as mentioned. !! remove all other sticks from box.
Use the zip file especially for SE
yes I have a 8gb pendrive and I have always used it and there were no problems did I kill them or is there a chance to run them?
I can organize a smaller pendrive below 8gb and a clean image I always download from code.vuplus.com, I download for a given decoder, unpack and install

Should I download the zip file, put it on a pendrive and put it in the decoder? Or should I download the zip file and unpack it, put it on a pendrive and put the unpacked files on a pendrive and put it in the USB decoder?
no .You download the file and unzip it directly to the stick.Maybe download an image from a site like openvix or openpli
I'm currently using open atv but that's what I do, tomorrow I'll have these decoders and I'll try on a smaller pendrive, below 8gb
do you think it will help, since the decoder doesn't even want to start and after trying to turn it on, even the front LED light doesn't turn on at all?
or could it be that, for example, the system, processor or other part in the decoder has simply failed?
Mersad_Maral Firstly thanks for your notes on this as I have the same issue, it was currently setup with OpenATV, I tried flashing OpenVix to my Uno 4k SE but it would also get stuck on "flashing Image"
Saw you comment about removing and re-adding the USB so i tried this and it worked, did you ever find out a reason why it does this?
