As you can see there is no power on the motherboard or front panel
Are you using a camcorder in the slot or is there an internal HDD?
Unplug everything or check the motherboard for any swollen capacitors.
No hdd nothing connected
Last thing what i want to try is a new power supply of same specs let see what happens
check these 2 things capacitor and there is a micro sd it will be another modern capacitor if it passes current with a tester

I saw that the 2 LEDs on the front panel, the logo and the numbers are on the same slot, so it should be very low power supply... I'm almost convinced of it.
Further to update had checked with 3 different power supply of same specs , nothing happens box is in same state only AIR logo no booting nothing
I dont know if you have done this already but with the power on hold the power button on the remote for ages. But I'd say its toast.
I had 2 to fix and could never get them to work. Its down to the epg getting stored in internal flash eventually the box dies.
One other method was to put usb in with image and hold white button in and power bit on front for ages. I used to get boot
You mean to say epg has exhausted the space in the flash memory and thats why box not able to boot , if thats so how will it boot holding the front button and back power button , And other option u r saying hold from back and hold the power button of remote control , when the image has not booted how will box recognise the signal from remote control …..Anyways its gone thx all
To be absolutely sure, if you put a USB drive behind the box and power it up, see if it flashes a bit, but you need to use one with an LED.
Then you can say you've tried everything.
There's another very important thing: the USB drive must be formatted with a specific program that will completely erase the USB drive...usually, Windows 11 won't do that, as it can't handle it. After that, you're sure it's dead. Send me the box!

The one i am using when i put image on my laptop the led flashes but when i put at box behind and try to flash the image the led does not blink if it flashes i am done
The one which i am using is 4 gb and this is the one i had been using this from last five years to flash the images it worked 99% , I think there is no RS232 port in h7s

check carefully there are 4 pins it is not for hdd or power..!!
I opened the box for you and confirmed that it's a JTAG.
You need to search for its program, which I've already done for other boxes.
But I don't have the PDF for this model at the moment.
