A weird issue

  • Hi guys. This is a bit of a weird one...

    Getting huge ping spikes and occasional packet loss on my network (not internet related). I have narrowed the cause down to OSCAM. Does anyone know why it might cause this issue? I connect to 100's of servers. Could it be the ammount I am connected to? A dodgy server? A reader setting? As soon as I delete most of my proxies and keep only a few known working ones the lag spikes go away.

    This is how I set up the reader/proxies

    Code
    [reader]
    label=A Reader
    protocol=cccam
    device=34.54.67.89,10000
    user=lupo
    password=lamp
    cccversion=2.3.2
    group=1
    ccckeepalive=1
    caid=1841,1850

    Dony worry those credentials I just made up. Let me know if they work though... I get a lottery tickets ASAP!

    Any input is apreciated. I'd really like to find the cause if possible.

    Chris.

  • That does not help, have you looked at the log ?
