getting this error, on DM800c
can anyone help whats needed to fix plz.
Tuner is configured all great, just a few channels have gone off recently..
so trying to run Autobouquetsmaker to update

What error do you get when trying to install ? the mips32el file should work for your dm800. (and all mips boxes)
Im not sure on the dm525 but if that is mips should work there too

Same issues here with 3.1 version on 2 boxes with dual tuners. one bing gigablue and the other being a zgemma in 2 different locations in the city if that makes any difference. Both boxes are on wooshbuild. Another box on wooshbuild with a single tuner has no issues

as the post above, what error are you getting ?? What is actually happening when when you try to install the plugin ?

Im not sure on the dm525 but if that is mips should work there too
i have managed to load v3.1 on my DM525 but no joy on DM800
heres my error, & Tuner is setup all correctly.

Are you using a USB tuner with the DM800?
What is the Net ID?
Can you tune to the specified frequency using tuner B? Perform a manual scan of that frequency to double check.

that picture is from my first effort to load onto DM525
but its the exact same error on DM800c, abu baniaz its just a standard fitted cable Tuner mate

B. Unable to update ABM provider file on DM800, it says wrong version
C. ABM fails to tune on DM800 on tuner A. It does not have tuner B.
D. ABM is updated to 3.1. Provider file has been updated but fails to tune on DM800 tuner A.

Please post debug log showing ABM run. There is a logs settings in OpenATV and other images that have this function. If you are using PLI, you have to start in console mode. If you need advice on how to do this, say so. You obviously need to say what image you are using.

To get debug log on PLI, you have to start in console mode

then

Answer is - i Cannot install ABM version 3.1 on DM800

What is the error when you try to install it?
For time being, manually edit the frequency, symbol rate and modulation to match the new values.
