When switching on the duo 4K for the first time it asks if you can see this on the tv (VU+ ) press ok

and then nothing more on the tv but further instructions on the LCD on the duo and finally nothing

but a screen saying service unavailable check tuner configuration followed by DVB service. Any help

appreciated.

I have tried to put a new image on but can’t get get any further

than the VU+ logo,should I send it back to the supplier?

Hello mate.

1: Select image

2: Put image on a USB stick (thats the vuplus folder)

3: Power off Receiver.

4: Put USB in front port.

5: Wait for instruction then press small power button next to USB.

6: let the receiver do it's bit.

Any problems post back i'll help you.

For the Vu+ Duo4k i recommend you flash with OpenBlackhole Image its a light and good OE Allince image
