Accessing Oscam Webif From Outside Network

    Hello!
    I'm traying to acess to my webif, from outside my LAN, but always give "403 Forbidden Access denied".


    Have tried several settings, but with no sucess. I followed this:

    my oscam Version: 1.20-unstable_svn Rev. 6642

    In my my router i made the forwording my ubuntu IP 192.168.X.X to port 8888. I traied too, to DMZ IP 192.168.X.X, but nothing


    Can anyone help me? Thanks

    Might be an idea to change httpport to something other than 8888 and set a strong username and password. 8888 is the most common webif port and would be one of the first things someone would try if trying to access your server.

    If I take a while to respond, you can see why.....

    in my webif i set like this
    httpport = 12345
    httpuser = user
    httppwd = password
    httprefresh = 30
    httpallowed = 127.0.0.1,192.168.1.1-192.168.255.255,192.168.1.243 <-----
    i still can not connect from outside my LAN?
    192.168.1.243 <---- thats belong to my friend. (outside my LAN)

    192.168.1.13 port 17001 but not this one (192.168.1.243 )
    is that why wont connect from ip ending 243?

    Change the range as above & open the router port to the machine you want to access.

    same issule, trying to get to webif from ipad and iphone


    my config is


    httpport = 6969
    httpuser = xxxxxxx
    httppwd = xxxxxxx
    httpcss = /oscam/skins/skin-proflinux_ddcstyle.css
    httprefresh = 10
    httpallowed = 127.0.0.1,192.168.0.0-192.168.255.255, no ip org
    httpdyndns = no.ip.org


    have tried both my ip addy and my dynds and no ip and nothing


    sometimes just a blank screen


    sometimes a 403 denied

    all i have is


    httpallowed = 127.0.0.1,0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255


    And works fine from my DyDns name on Iphone using Opera Mini Browser!

    still nothing

    rebooted oscam and server


    on ipad / iphone comes up via no ip my router login page, if i do with :8888 on end of my ip or no ip ie 80.30.23.99 it hangs for 20 secs on 3g and says safari could not open

    It may have nothing to do with it but DON'T USE SAFARI


    Opera Mini Browser Free and mentioned upteen times lol


    I know other people have advised httpdynds line but just # it out or remove it and try in OPERA MINI BROWSER! just to see?


    I don't have that line and works fine so unless i have set something up i wasn't aware of lol can't see why it won't work your end?

    lol you can try that mate after i have a working server, turned all the cron job off and just restart before bed at night


    may get another pc soon, i will need to pick ya brains as the smartgo is still not locking to a usb as per guide here


    if i boot, it stops oscam somehow, as it moves device, disabled and reboot oscam when i like no problems....
