Oscam freeze issue

    Hi all

    Ever since i bought my V+ Ultimo 4K having problems with Oscam freezing and glitching.


    Pls can someone have look at the logs and configs and try to sort out why freezing and glitching.

    Tried lots of images Blackhole latest alot of freezing, Openvix latest same alot of freezing also Openspa 7.3 same alot of freezing now using PurE2 6.3 .


    Using Ultimo 4K only 3 weeks old and oscamEmu dont know which version downloaded from image plugins.

    Thanks for the cam and config but i need config for V***min.using cam 518 r796 but freezes every

    couple of mins and restarts after about 10 to 15 secs. thats the problem ive got the freezing

    I had the same problem and found this cam to be the best for vm it stopped all the freezing for me also on the reader files remove all text after group=1 its not needed

    I agree with the first answer, that this is a problem in the server and not in the client. The LOG entry clearly indicates that the server has disconnected the client.

    There are huge mistakes in your configuration that you mentioned in your question. For example, in the definition of a reader ("oscam.server" file) where you define protocol = newcamd, you also specify the cccam version, which is of course stupid, since newcamd and cccam are two different communication protocols and in case of newcamd you don't need to specify the cccam version. First, fix the errors you made there and then write what doesn't work, and then you can insert a LOG entry into the discussion again.


    It would be ideal to remove the excess configuration items and then test them.


    You can also try to find yourself, because there is a lot of bugs on Google if you find the string: "[newcamd] disconnected: reason receive error1".


    I don't want to be bad, but it's just like buying a new Ferrari and installing a satellite dish on it and then installing a WiFi antenna and wondering why the FM radio doesn't work on these antennas. Something you need to know about it if you want to set it up. At least a minimum of knowledge!


    In fact, I don't even know where the problem is, because I can't find out the problem because of a wrong configuration.


    It also seems likely to be a server problem that will kick you out of an unknown cause ("[newcamd] disconnected: reason receive error1").


    I wonder if other clients connected to the server are working well.
