Is this plugin OK with other vpn providers than purevpn,

or it works only using purevpn subscription?

it won't work with any vpn other than pure vpn but even with pure vpn you still need subscription , as you will need for any other vpn.

there is other pluging called vpn manager it can work with multiple providers but you need to download the open vpn config files for the provider you choose , you could also try vpn Config Importer

it seem that purevpn changed something today and the login is not possible anymore with this plugin for python 2.4 / openatv 6.4

login erro auth failed, this is the message I get on screen

I try to login via my pc, and everything is OK

as long as I can see the change they did today is that instead of login in with username and password, now they have changed to e-mail adresse

this is the message they send out to the cotumers

i have the user and pass as I use this before, and have worked flawlessly for the last month or so, since you guys helped me

but today for some reason it not working and I have tried both with user / pass and e-mail / pass but still not working

i will reinstall the image and see what happens and get back on this thread :-)

Hi again , they had changed my password for the purvevpn account, all sorted now
testing this moment OATV 7.1 image to see if this works better :-)

sunndely tonight I just lost connection without doing anything

i evnen try OpenVPN Manager, and still get the same problem there

when I connect from my pc with PureVPN application everything works just fine

Was using OpenATV 7.1

fresh installed Open ATV 7.2, even install the PureVPN from the add-on manger via menu

OpenATV had version 1.0.6,, then I installed ipk from here but still same problem

is it only me or is a general problem for all users

Are you sure you are using correct version latest version for python 3xx is enigma2-plugin-extensions-purevpn_1.1.0-py3_all.ipk

Yes Urie, im using the version you mention enigma2-plugin-extensions-purevpn_1.1.0-py3_all.ipk
stange thing is that I now try OpenVPN Manager and this work well , with the same username and password

I cannot figure our why purevpn plugin / anon is not working

anyway I will dig a bitt depper and see what is going on, it makes me mad when things do not work and even I louse my sleep :-)
