    Hi gorski, perhaps I didn't make it really clear. In addition to making tuner ok for cable it is necessary to disable T2 and for tuner C enable it for T2 but disable it for cable. With the other images, if you enable cable, T2 is automatically disabled and if you enable T2, cable is automatically disabled.

    Well, of course, m8, how else could one scan, if a specific function is not activated?


    T2/Cable is a hybrid tuner, so naturally one must choose which of its functions one is to use...


    When one activates T2 - one deactivates Cable, of course. And then one must activate one's area, too.

    Indeed but letters do not work when in Menu of an FNC plugin, for instance - but it is working in Kodi, for instance...


    It comes up automatically, when one presses OK, for instance, to enter a username or a password.


    Still, even though all the main, general functions work - letters do not, sadly... yet... ;)

    gorski, the point I was making is that if one activates T2 in some images, including Pure2, it does not automatically deactivate cable and the cable option over-rides the T2 selection. So in Pure2, one has to activate T2 and also separately deactivate cable.


    The more sensible option would be that if one selects T2 then cable should be automatically deactivated.

    Well, I never went specifically for deactivating one part of combined Cable/Terrestrial tuner. I just chose the one I want and it was automatic - one is activated, the other one is not working/stopped...


    So, now I went to the Edision + model, which is "combo" and I checked - you are right! One should, indeed, choose "DVB-C NOTHING CONNECTED" and then DVB-T2 set to ENABLED!


    Well done, I will inform my coders of this possible frack-up... :)

    can you tell me this question:
    have a Mut@nt HD51 (image Pure2 v 6.5)

    recently installed the MultiQuickButton plugin and noticed that when switching channels(on the 10th -15th time) in the "HISTORY of SHIFTING" find the desired channel-press OK and crashes with a message like " ....you have a problem software error is listed in home\root\logs" and periodically POPs up a blue screen..........
    it is in the "STORY of the SWITCHES" is,if the switch button "P+\-" or joystick-all OK.........

    You needn't have installed it - there is one already in the image...


    Reinstall everything from scratch. When done it's in Setup/Settings > RC/Keyboard, if memory serves... ;)

    You get FFmpeg when you install FNC Plugins, together with Media Player2, SubSupport and ServiceApp/ExtePlayer3/GSTplayer.
