None of the DEB versions install on the DM900UHD-4K with MERLIN-4 OE2.5; the installation assumes that it is done, without errors, but after rebooting the Box we verify that nothing has been installed.

I'm asking for a solution.

Thanks for this wonderful Plugin.

It works perfectly on DM920UHD with latest Merlin Image. Great work!!

ftabin: Is there a donation option available to support the development and maintenance of this plugin?

Would it be possible to add the plugin after installation as well in the Main-Menu of DreamOS or alternatively in the list if you press "blue-button"

Where are you looking for the plugin in your Merlin Image??

You have to look under Menu --> Extensions --> DreamXtream

If the plugin doesn't show up there after installation try the following:

De-Install the plugin with the Add-on-Manager on your box or use the PC/Mac and the Webinterface of the box (webadmin plugin) to deinstall the plugin.

Reboot.

After reboot install the .deb again.

I read your message carefully.

After performing the installation, without any error, the DreamXtream Plugin does not appear in the extensions, nor in the Plugin Menu.

I went looking for it in Add-on-Manager, but it is not present.

It is strange, but it is the reality.

I have already reinstalled it again, but it still does not give an error in the installation and does not appear available or is installed.

Awaiting solution.

Have you tried to check with the terminal?

Try to see if the pluguin is installed with command:

apt list enigma2-plugin-extensions-dreamxtream

Deinstall with

apt remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-dreamxtream

But I'm not an expert only a normal user of the boxes....

If you install a deb from /tmp with terminal it always answers you what the box did.

Copy the .deb to /tmp and type "dpkg -i /tmp/*.deb" in the CLI .

And than type

apt-get -f -y install --force-yes

to install the dependencies if they are not installed.

The dependencies are:

python-imaging, python-json
