Sly white card on dm 500s

hi people i got a prob on the other day i took the card of the dream to update the entitlements then i put it back on the dream and it doesnt work anymore on it any idea ??
I hope someone can help me thanks

If you are using the latest cccam and have the boxkey in the cccam.cfg then you will not need to put the card back in the skybox to update entitlements.
Have you checked cccaminfo or cs studio to see if the card has been updated ?
Is the card chip side down in the DM500 ?
Do you have the boxkey in the cccam.cfg ?

yes m8 is everything on the place i had it working before but now I put it back on sly box and it says the card is the wrong card for this set up box

You will have to ring sky and tell them there is a problem with your card.
Whatever you do , dont tell them you had the card in another box.
