First, remove any external flash that is installed on the device

Second, start with this solution and implement what is contained in it

Close the device from the power button in the back and Click on the ok from the front of the receiver for 5 seconds, then not leave ok, and

open the device from power button in the back,Until it Appears on the screen is forc supported you from Ok, then you Click on the channel buttons next to it until the word spark appears on the Ok wait a little while Boot appears and the device will run.

As it did not respond So it needs a suitable rescue soft

Follow the steps carefully and try more than once Do not give up

Now another important factor is when using the rescue image, you must use the rear USB port, not the front.
CREATE a folder on your desktop and call it spark
UNZIP the spark rescue image.
UNZIP userfsub.img.tar.gz & “mImage.tar.gz files.
Now place the "mImage" and the "userfsub.img" files into the "spark" folder (Not userfsub.img.tar.gz & “mImage.tar.gz).
FORMAT your USB Pen Drive in FAT32, DO NOT choose the quick format as it will not work
TRANSFER the "spark" folder onto the USB Pen Drive
SWITCH off the receiver at the rear and insert the USB Pen Drive
PRESS and HOLD the OK key at the front of the receiver and switch it back on at the rear
FORC will appear on the display after a couple of seconds
PRESS the RIGHT key FACT should appear on the display
PRESS OK key
YOU should now see U LD flashing on the display
WAIT a good 10 Minutes for the receiver to be back to original factory state (some information on the internet claims that the restore process takes about five minutes, I left mine a bit longer and it worked, so be patient)

i try with both file ist 5199 to 5299 the screen show after that again uld blinks and stop b link on 04 on screen i waitited 30 mintues no success what to do now

Unzip the file and open it then a show the another folder this folder rename it spark then moved it in usb then plug in usb receiver then auto update softwere

And the smaller file is loaded only mImage, and when the largest file is loaded, the userfsub stops at approximately 65% . Flashing stops on the screen and nothing happens.

"Cause of the problem "

The device is downloading files into the device's RAM

It then loads it Into the ROM's internal memory

It is assumed that it starts from a certain point in Ram, which is 0x80000000

For an unknown reason, this point becomes 0x8c000000

The available memory space to download the files becomes smaller than required, so the smaller file is successfully downloaded and the larger file is not loaded,

"The solution"

Is to make the device returns load from the first point 0x80000000

"Used tools"

1- hyperterminal Loader I will provide it to you

2- Inverted RS232 cable
