Perhaps the PSU is... dead.
Emo -
o men. are you serious,i donot have any more box in this time
-
Try to find a PSU from another box or anything that have a power supply with same plug, it MUST be 12 Volts, and + on center.
Emo -
can i use the psu from a wetek?thanks
-
Probably, check its 12 Volts and has + in the center of the plug. It should all be indicated on the sticker in the power supply, but most probably its compatible.
Emo -
yes it is.so you are saying just replace the psu in the vu+zero with the one from wetek box, and that should work.one other question, after replacing psu in vu+zero box, do i have to put a image on that?thanks
-
if your psu has problem, than just replacing that, everything should be as it was a few days ago... (you do not have to install image , plugins, etc...)

All will work as before if the PSU was defective and you replace by a working one.
Emo -
ok,thanks let you know how i do
-
i have replace the power supply unit but that did not work, light is flicking the same way, any other idea?
-
Try to flash the box with that new PSU, as you told you tried to flash the box previously with the old PSU... so perhaps it can work.
Emo -
ok let you know.
-
never get it going, have to look for a another box thanks guys for trying.

I'm sorry I didn't read this post immediately, because my first suggestion would have been not to replace the PSU, as first step, but to check all your capacitors.
Usually it's easy to recognize a blown up capacitor. A good electronic technician surely should.

i end up putting that box on the side till i can get someone to check it out because i don't have the time.thanks for looking out anyway.
