ZImage-rescue-2.14-r0 is the rescue loader. No harm in flashing/updating that first.
You will need to put the DM920 back into rescue mode then flash dreambox-image-deb, which is the factory firmware.
Though i would try something else rather than the stock factory firmware.

If you experience the original problem again flash/upgrade to the new rescue loader. Now you have it working again its not essential to upgrade it.

Satellites selection options are very very limited. Can I get the latest plugins.
The factory firmware will have a limited addons/plugins feed. That`s why i suggest a different image made by third party teams.
If you want to add more satellites you need an updated satellites.xml file.
Create a Custom satellites.xml file for the satellites you need using this site ~ http://satellites-xml.org/
