    i have enigma maxytec 4k multibox uhd

    problem is that it did not show any signal on 9.0E frequency 12149 v 31400 ,12188 v 31400 ,11726 v30000

    i can.t undertand what problem because these frequencies working fine on my decoder starsat sr-20000


    if any expert understand my problem then plz help me
