how do you mount a usb drive for recording on a solo

I have a 32gig usb sandisk usb stick, i have formatted this as FAT32 on my pc but whats the next steps vix system wise & can I use the front usb port for this?

If you use VIX you can mount the drive as HDD and then just format under system/HDD a bit on the small size though...

The only major downside with using a USB stick for recording is the relatively slow rear / write speeds which can result in jerky playback and recordings.
