Danish Boxer (provider 0500:040100)

I have been using OSCAM with satellite for many years, and tried Danish Boxer (terrestrial) many years ago, but it do not work.

Through the years I have been looking, but newer seen a solution. Today I searched the Streamboard Tickets and found this.

Recently we have been solving a problem with DK Boxer (provider 0500:040100), and we found a need for a change in OScam.

In the function write_ecm_answer in (oscam.c) there is an automatic correction of the CW checksum, this is not optional and all CW's are corrected. For DK Boxer the checksum from the card is calculated in a different and unknown way and the autocorrection will cause the ECM's to be discarded by the STB.

However if we keep the CW from the card just as it is everything works fine.

I therefor suggest that a configuration flag for this is added.

When I look in the list of fixes at https://trac.streamboard.tv/os…s=closed&resolution=fixed, they claim that 2169 is fixed, but the last comment from lightman33 questions that.

I tried to look in the "oscam.c" file, but I am not a C programmer and did not find the fix.

Is the 2169 fix still relevant ?

Was the 2169 fix ever applied ?

If so, what is the configuration option to enable this fix ?

I hope that I reach some OSCAM developers here, that will facilitate that this fix is applied if it still is appropriate.

I see that this is "Skip CWs checksum test" in the web-interface.

I don't know any having a Boxer card, but I will post back when I have tried the Danish boxer.
