Advantage for Amiko Viper Combo 4K. It has a DVB-S2X tuner, if you like Enigma2. If you prefer Android, you can buy A5 or ... Maybe A6.
-
I would buy something that is better supported, frankly.
Best and easiest to deal with, I find, is Zgemma H7S (powerful processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB flash, divided into 4 partitions, for 4 images natively, excellent kernel and drivers, triple tuner, space for SATA HDD/SSD, Kodi, best Stalker and many many more advantages).
The best price at this forum's sponsor!
Zgemma H7S and H7C only £119! Our best selling Multi-tuner Broadcom powered 4K UHD receivers!
https://www.world-of-satellite…digital-zgemma/zgemma-h7s - reduced to £109.99 and worth every penny!!!
If you have a bit more cash, then Edision MIO OS 4K+ is great, too.
Both Broadcom SoC, everything will work fine!

No,there is not those boxes in country where I live..At least these models.Another question HD8265 vs viper 4k combo 40€ price difference?
-
Where do you live? These guys deliver... Even from China, if needed.
I think it is not wise to buy STBs which do not have proper, sufficient support... -
To be honest, I had a lot of the range from Amiko (less viper) but ... I do not want to know about them anymore. Better put a penny on one side and buy a good receiver. I took Edision OS Mio 4K, is very good and makes good team with Enigma2 Pure2.

I need box for watching channiels and movies with usb thats all..
-
You will be disappointed with your choice, I bet...
My advice: put a bit more money in...
If not above, then, maybe:
Zgemma H9Combo
SF8008
-
Also nowhere to find..I need box now not from online and wait moth to arrive..What about Amiko shd8900 aka Alien?
-
Too old, too weak, too limited. Not OK for modern demands.
Why do you think you will wait for a long time?
They send from China quickly...
-
What about Redline ws 8500 it is very cheap, around 35€ here?
-
Don't buy too cheap - be kind to your nerves! Wait a bit, save and then buy - and buy well!
The best cheap(er) stuff we have I mentioned above... ;)

Moved the thread from forum General Discussion to forum Which Android TV Box Or Enigma2 Linux Receiver Would You Recommend. -
What about Zgemma h2h vs viper combo 4k?
-
So, there are Zgemmas to buy there...?
-
Yes I have found some models, only h2h and h5.2s plus has acceptable price for me..
-
Save and be patient, buy well and then enjoy...
-
My recommendation Amiko Viper 4K V20 (new model for 2020/2021).
In my opinion the best budget 4K hybrid satellite receiver currently on the market.
With a price better than Vu+ and Zgemma models in the same class.
Specifications:
Ultra HD DVB-S2X + T2/C
Linux E2 OS (Full support from openATV community)
1.6GHz Quad Core 64 bit CPU Huawei Hi3798MV200
High-Performance Multi-Core Mali 450 CPU
4GB EMMC
1 GB DDR3 RAM Memory
-
Yup. Me like a enigma2 fan can confirm that viper 4k v20 is great box
-
I think one should be able to collate a lot of info to state that...
First of all, Zgemma does not yet have a machine in the class out, so...
-
Its kind of new box with poor suport. But works fine on pure2 and openatv...
oscam work good,Signal is cool
Zaping HD Channels is very fast
KODI works cool like plugin
Fast Startup and reboot
No crash...
thats all i need on e2 world!
