Anyone can compile the latest release for h9combo please

Why there is no direct link for the new release update? and why I can not update the software inside image ?

I have a very bad internet service and every time i try to compile the internet disconnect and after that I find there is update so i do that again from the beginning.

And i found it in this link but it is old.
