Insulation tape coaxial

    I saw this post and was compelled to reply. For the past few years on my outdoor coax connections for satellite and amateur radio antennas I've used Flex Seal spray.
    So far no failures at all Typically I will leave the connector loose around 1/2 turn and give it a light spray and then tighten it properly. Then when the first coat 'flashes' give it another coating or 2. It really has worked good with no sun/weather deterioration. When it's time to service the connection(s) the stuff just peels right off.
