Firmware1.abs & Firmware2.abs, and auto start ccam

Ok somehow my openbox was having a moment with the usb drive installed it wouldnt clear channels, sorted that out, but now hd channels aren't clearing, which is probably to do with the boquet used or the fact im using the scart.

Im in the process of creating my own but I can't find firmware1.abs and firmware2.abs as specfied in the tutorial here -

Does anyone know where I can get these files?

EDIT: Sorted ccam auto starting

I had a 'blonde' moment, the files I wanted were attached to the tutorial, but i followed them to the letter saved the file, but when I attempted to update the openbox it said invalid file
