updates are usually bug fixes ,improvements..but.... ¿why dont you find out and tell us ??
After all it only takes a couple of minutes to install any image..
I dont have this box but all reviews are very positive ;)

For the most part there just daily builds automatically compiled at the end of each day, the same as Pli and DMM do, however there are times when you will see specific changelogs that list what has been updated or changed in that particular build.
