Help on how to assign EPG from DVB satellite / cable to all my IPTV channels automatically at once

Hello guys I need help on how to assign EPG from DVB satellite/cable to all my IPTV channels automatically using E-channelize or other recommended method.

I'm using Dreambox 900 on Dreamelite Image. I have already install E-channelizer on my computer. Any kinda help will be very much appreciated thank you.

Does your IPTV service not provide any EPG data?

Easiest way is to use either X-Streamity - Xtream Codes IPTV Player or Jedi Maker Xtream (IPTV Bouquet Creator) - Main thread along with EPGImporter which can be downloaded from the Dream-Elite feeds.

No my Iptv provider did not provide epg data. Thanks I will check the above mentioned recommendations .

You might be pleasantly surprised that EPG data is active already on the IPTV channels. You just need the correct plugins to unlock it.

Use either of the plugins linked above along with EPGImporter plugin. I personally use X-Streamity.

I have install X-streamity but it keeps crashing requiring python multiprocessing. I have try several times but the same thing. I have also run 'dpkg --configure -a' but no way.

Usually this is included while installing x-streamity but your image feed must be outdated and doesn`t have Python multiprocessing.

Maybe seagen or someone else can provide a .deb file for it or update your image.

This is the first time this module is missing from any feeds.

But an easy way to check is to use

apt-get update
apt-cache search multiprocessing

Sometimes image feeds can use diffrent names for the same modules.

A good example is python-lzma. This module is named for some images python-backports-lzma

So search for part of the name and apt-get returns the full name of the package

then just install that package and you should be just fine

use apt-get install <packagename>

It doesn't fix it . it says dpkg was interrupted you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' .I have done that many times but still each time i run apt-get update ,it will end up being interrupted.

maybe satinfo can shed some light as to why you can`t download these dependencies from the Dream-Elite feeds.

Dream-Elite Image mixed up with feed from onestep can be a problem
Don't know how someone will install onestep feed if there is a dream-elite extra feed available

By the way both plugins are available in dream-elite feed and can be installed

He has an earlier broken installation so what plugin did you install before Xstreamity

You must remove that with apt-get remove <fullname of package except .deb>

try : dpkg --configure -a
