AOA brother i need to ask about my startrack 2020 hd plus reciever. there is a software on my reciever i think its enigma and i dont know how to tune channels on it tryed alot but nothing worked can you pls tell me the procedure to go back to spark software on my startrack 2020 hd plus kindly guide me step by step

bro i have tryed this procedure of pressing ok button and switching receiver on from the back but force does not appears and reciever boot up and run normaly
