This is not satellite epgs - this is text provided by your provider.
So the top one is the title. There is no subtitle. And if your provider had epg data for that catchup, then that gets shown in the space below.

Okay, I thought it was coming from the EPG. I'm not loading the provider's data because there was nothing else, even though the loading took a very long time. However, I just checked by adding the provider's EPG, but nothing is displayed in this area.
Why don't you use the data from the EPG? There's a title, a subtitle, a synopsis...

Right I am using ZGemma h9s and openpli latest version 9.1(Every version since xmas has done this . Xstreamity from the feed or after reboot and update installs the 241224 version.)
Thats why I asked to stop feed from downgrading.
This does not happen on openatv or openvix.

The OpenPLI feed installs is the 241224 version of this software on my box.
I have used this box since xmas and it has been the same as my personal one, I have not factory reset every day, the workaround was the stop downgrade.
It is a OPenPLi issue. I have sat on this since the start of this year.
I tried OPenvix/Openatv but they always ran out of memory or crashed due to lack of memory

A reboot shuts the receiver down. It starts it up again. A reboot does not install anything. Nothing will change on your receiver unless you invoke a process that installs things.
Do you have a script that runs at startup? Perhaps from your provider?
The version on the pli plugin server is December version. On stable versions, they do not update their plugins regularly, just bug fixes. If you install from the pli plugin server, it will install that one.
Might be an idea if you reboot using the command line and see what it shows. Or in debug mode.

Yes, Abou Baniaz may have found the cause of your problem because I had a similar problem. When I restarted the box, a script from the internet provider would reset a whole part of my configuration.

Its sorted, I updated and rebooted as I thought keeping up to date is best practice.
The Command to stop the app reverting back to pre25 version works.

You are mixing up terms. A software update performs a software update. opkg will not downgrade packages unless you force a downgrade at command line. A reboot does nothing to software. Flashing newest image is different to performing a software updates.
On PLI release images, software updates and weekly builds are normally just channel lists and satellite xml updates and rare/urgent bug fixes.
Your dxhold command is working around whatever issue there is. Anyway, you are sorted with your workaround.

Just reading some threads about my plugins on other forums. This one on vuplus -support made me laugh out loud.
XStreamity (and XKlass) releases updates at a relatively high frequency. Will there ever be a stable version? Or will this remain a work in progress forever?
Yep. I am pretty much done with these plugins. But there is always tomorrow. -
Can a "Subtitle Feature" be added to channels with subtitles?
Just as we can view the EPG of channels with an EPG, we can also view the subtitles on channels with subtitles.

With regards to the issue on PLI: A software update regresses/downgrades the user installed version.
The root cause is the versioning in use by the PLI bitbake files
The Pli release versions are named
enigma2-plugin-extensions-xstreamity_527+dd9fc8b-r0.12_all.ipk
Versions uploaded by Kiddac are named
enigma2-plugin-extensions-xstreamity_5.05.20250716_all.ipk
527 is larger than 5.05, so opkg sees the one on the image's plugin server as being newer despite being older. It is therefore seen as an upgrade, hence the change
They have updated the commit hash so newer version will be on feeds when next build is run.

Until they implement what is opined to be the correct implementation, please continue to use the dxhold command to prevent a downgrade. Or use the developer image.

In both, when you go to the menu screen > playlists > movies section and access any of the content within it, a green screen error occurs.
