cccam connection

hi guys
having a problem with cccam not connecting,
in dream elite cccam info
i get - sorry connection to cccam refused,
check that cccam is runing and your web info settings

i downloaded the cccam again and have it selcted from blue button
any pointers appreciated

but i cant connect to cs studio either it says
Update failed : Unable to connect to (db ip):16001

probmlem arose as channls not clearing

i have 2.2.1 selected from blue button and it shows up on the bottom with channel info bar
have dm800hd
image dream elite blackhole v1.0

i checked that and its as above,
have set dhcp to no and assigned ip,

any other ideas,
should i update my image?

the only thing i can see diferent in 'network cnfiguration' is 'name server settings'
the name server is different than it was last week,
its now same as router ip,
is that right or wrong
it was all working ok a few days ago like

problem sorted by the might Master G
cccam was not connecting,
fixed by reflashing the image and he changed the port also, said might have been conflicting,
