Hello,
forgive maybe we didn't understand each other .... I always install in flesch I have many other things on the internal disk and I don't want to delete it,
2 hours ago I put this..openPLi-8.1-dm920
based on OpenPLi development »Night builds
and it works great,
I am not angry at all but like to do tests, you think you are offended but it is not my intention and I apologize,
I know what it takes time and patience for this to obey what I like.

Hi, actually I don't care, even the author of this image wrote to you, I quote-"it is recommended to use an image based on DreamOS / in flash memory and BA for others" but it's up to you how quickly to kill your boxing)))
new build version from Satpong
openPLi-8.1-dm920_20211021
And again the official CI+ support does not work! Files are placed in /etc/ciplus but still ‘Your TV is not compatible’. Perhaps you should test with an actual CI+ module based on Neotion chipset..
Same solution works in every OpenPli 8.1 based box I own..
OpenPLi-8.1-dm920_20211024 - from Satpong
update
- ncam 12.3

- openwebif_1.4.9-git20211017-r2
- youtube_h1+git851
- E2 settings & streams (pluto, samsung, youtube, dailymotion, ...)
But has this one been actually tested with CI+ module?

try to ask a question on the forum sat-universe where the author posts his work , he rarely happens here
my modules are detected correctly and work..irdeto and cryptoworks
I believe you… But are these normal CI’s or CI+.. A don’t even know if a CryptoWorks CI+ module exists… Off course ‘normal’ CI’s work in OpenPli but that’s not the question…
ustad backupla acıktı.

And again the ‘official’ CI+ handling does NOT work in this version!
Certificates in /etc/ciplus and insert a TRUE CI+ module. Instead of starting the authorisation process immediately the error “Your TV is not compatible”…

there are new versions from the author , there are no descriptions only this:
"Someone reported that InternetSpeedTest plugin crashes sometimes.
It's deleted from image."
and again…. Alas… No CI+ authorisation starting when inserting a true CI+.. Slowly I am wondering why? If the OpenPli 8.1 repositories are used why their ‘official’ CI+ /etc/ciplus method won’t work….
Tested on a number of OpenPli supported boxes and working fine without any failure….
VU+Ultimo4K, VU+Zero4K, Xsarius Galaxy 4K, VU+SoloSE v2….
Ciao,
I have to correct my comment above! Something went wrong during extraction. Don’t know why, but tried installing from another laptop and I can confirm that CI+ using the ‘official’ 8.1 methode DOES work! Just tested with my Nagra CI+ and CAM803.. Both authorise fine and produce picture and sound….
So the last version is actually CI+ compatible..
Sorry for the inconvenience caused..
Image works fine (as far as I can test). Still problems with the installable LCD skins. Many don’t work or do not show the same info as the in the Preview pane… But no GSOD’s…
