Unable to tuning multistream channels on H7S

    I have a just new H7S and I pointed the dish to 9 east, I can tune dvb-s2 trasponders like M7 Deutschland, Magyarország but not MIS trasponders like Mediaset and ZeonBud. I receive 10db for dvb-2 channels but 0db for dvb-2x. Do my H7S tuner is broken? Any ideas?
