Unable to tuning multistream channels on H7S

Hi,

I have a just new H7S and I pointed the dish to 9 east, I can tune dvb-s2 trasponders like M7 Deutschland, Magyarország but not MIS trasponders like Mediaset and ZeonBud. I receive 10db for dvb-2 channels but 0db for dvb-2x. Do my H7S tuner is broken? Any ideas?

The multistream freqs on 9e are on Italy beam only

Have you checked that you are within reach of that beam?

ok so very restricted beam for Italy, not available for northern Europe. thanks for info.
