I think you are reading them values incorrectly.
SNR = Signal to Noise Ratio - which means signal quality
AGC = Automatic Gain Control - which means signal strength
In the skin you can show these values as a percentage or as a decimal. This skin is showing them as a percentage.
The higher the percentage the better
SNR needs to be over 60% to be stable
AGC the higher the better if a percentage
If your stream is solid and not breaking up, I wouldn't worry about it. -
and this plugin is now on v13. So maybe bugs have been fixed.

If your stream is locked and stable, I wouldn't worry about it.
If its not stable, then your dish probably needs a tweak or your f-connectors on your coax cables might need re-ending.

It is an issue with the plugin and nothing to be worry about
If you would to get 80 db then you hade to be connect with kabel to the satellite out in space.
db around 13-15 is normal.
But if you get 80db or more you should be very happy ;)

There is a glitch in the tuner. The reading of the signal is incorrect. It is an annoying glitch. I hope the company and the engineers fix it. 6dfed81f.jpg

I will be more happy when the problem is solved and the signal is normal 😉

When the numbers aren't real, it's not good.
I hope for a real solution to the problem

I see that you have the same issue in the SignalFinder plugin so this issue should be fixed by the Developer of the Image you are using in your box
