NEED HELP IN GI S8120

  • It boots normally until the clock appears on the screen but there is no picture on the TV

    I passed some updates to him via usb to restore it to factory settings, but to no avail, the same problem, there is no picture on the TV

    I tried to find ip address via DCC, but it is not recognized even though it is connected to the network

    I passed him an image of open atv 6.4 in enigma The process passed successfully but it remains stuck on BOOT

    I tested the two images with cisco, the process went through successfully, but the same problem

    The device boots up normally without a picture on the TV

  • the cable HDMI it is work good with other receiver

    my spark GI S8120 with new remote control

    I try test enigma image with open atv 6.4 the device stop in boot

    Is this problem hardware or software

    I connect GI S8120 with program SSCOM (using câble RS232)
