In Ver.19 there is STREAMS in the menu bar, which is missing in the new one why?

Streams was replaced by Playlists menu bar. It provides great features and better functionality all the way than before. You can create unlimited playlists as you did before and more (auto updates on schedule , share playlists with home devices via HUB server). You can also import and export M3U as you used to do.
