is the azbox simular to dreambox and can you watch 4.2.2 feeds on it

In short ,no they are two different worlds!!!
In fact , I wouldn´t even bother with dreambox now ,
save up for a VU+ UNO !!!!

Azbox's can watch almost all 4.2.2 signals and they do perform in a similar way to a dreambox.

Azboxes are most commonly used for 4:2:2 feeds yes, but be careful, they are not fully open source enigma 2, in other words there images are very iffy at times and can be complicated from my very short play with one.

If you do get it up and running i assume its a dream for the 4:2:2 feeds, all you'd need is a big dish and good lnb and scan all day ;) lol
