as study/search both boxes found with same specs both have
[ Hi3798MV200 Main chipset,16GB EMMC FLASH / 1GB DDR3,ARM processor with 1500MHz Quad-core CPU]
only difference that H11S is Linux Operating System & H9s Se is Linux + Android Operating sys
my basic Q is for Enigma2 can these boxes will operate E2 with same speed or H9S se will be slower as it has also builtin Android Os ??

no real effect considering some boxes started at 256mb flash rom exsample zgemma h2.s ( 256mb nand flash/512mb ddr3 ram)
you will have 4gb for each memory slot and 1 gb of ram it is the ram that makes the difference flash ram is only for storage fo OS.

ook then its mean 1gb ram will also available for E2 {H9S se} when operational
