With picture I assume you are asking about streaming from your DM920 to your smart tv?
If your TV has Android install the app dream Player for Android TV and you can stream from your DM920 to your smart tv

Well then it becomes a bit more complicated.
But there are solutions.
1. Same app installed on an Mobile device like phone or tablet + a google Chromcast.
2. If you have an spare box. Maybe an old dreambox or other brand.
----Install RemoteChannelStreamConverter Plugin or on Dreambox Partner plugin
---- Setup the box with tuner settings inactiv.

If you try with your dreamboxes you do not need any chromcast device.
I would suggest you try the dm800hd v2
What image do you have installed on that box???

Been sometime since I played with this plugin. But you should find it somewhere in the menus where you do service searching.
You should use the ip address to the box you are sharing from in the plugin
If you have a password on your dm 920 you must also enter that or else it's just user root needed

No only on the slave box. The box you are streaming from do not need the plugin.
In your case install the plugin on your dm800v2
In the server settings assign the ip address from your dm920 with the username root and if you have added or change the password for ftp
on your dm920 you need to add that also to the server settings in the plugin on your dm800v2

Simple,
Just use the IPTV logic, with an IPTV Player on the other box/TV. Use the IP address of the origin box and details of the channel.
eg :
Mooz Dance : http://BOX_IP/web/stream.m3u?ref=1:0:19:7674:2BF:600:E080000:0:0:0:&name=Mooz%20Dance%20HD
or
4Dance Music : http://BOX_IP/web/stream.m3u?ref=1:0:1:428F:2BC0:13E:820000:0:0:0:&name=4Fun%20Dance
You find the links on the WebIf interface on the channel line (that you could to stream to a PC), then use them on an IPTV App on the box of your children.

P.S.: There is some software (such as Enigma-TV IPTV Generator) that can replicate your channel list into another receiver with this logic. Simple and easy.

Do note, if sharing satellite channels to another box you will need at least a dual lnb or otherwise the clone box can only play the channel(transponder) on your source box. So you need 2 input sources going into your dreambox 920.
And the same for IPTV lines, you will need multiroom line otherwise you will only be able to play the iptv on one box.

On the same transponder, you can see all channels, so you can see locally and remotely channels on that frequency (no need of Dual LNB).
