In my country icam has been enabled for several years, I still have the concern if you could create some oscam that includes the caid of my country and try?

Yes; it is the same for me. With CoreELEC "ne" devices, only this version works (Dreambox ONE/TWO [ aarch64 ]).

I have a tvheadend server in a "ng" device, but I t ried "ne" too sometimes.

ng --> arm

ne --> aarch64

At least, using your oscam binary into a CoreELEC addon.
