you should check your box info (about menu) where the chip architecture is listed and matched with the oscam version you need...so simple.

i assume you need openssl, so install it

opkg update && opkg install oopenssl-bin

easiest way to discover problem is to login via telnet and in command line call proper oscam

/usr/bin/oscam_real_name -V (capital v) it will respond what is missing, if nothing you will see default settings

On DM900 uhd/Newnigma2 I installed new OScam _ 11726-emu-r798_all.deb by MOHAMED_OS. OScam was installed successfully after a restart, it also starts successfully (Cam is active), but does not open anything. Is it necessary to install something additional?

Let me reiterate that the older version 11718-emu-r-798_all.deb still works fine.

Any help would be appreciated, what should I check...

This is not oscam emu from samur but from Mohamed_OS, which does not support icam Sky UK. I am looking for a tested oscam emu that opens Sky UK. Tried several oscam emu-s, but no luck. Everything works fine on most of them only Sky UK doesn't.
