two problems

    I have a Edision OS Mio+ 4K Plus

    I have two problems: - the first, I can't set the resolution to 2160/60fps.. each time I select this resolution the screen goes black.. it accepts 2160/30fps

    The second, when I put the receiver in standby mode for 6 or 8 hours and once I turn it on there is no signal.

    You need a full reboot for it to work.

    I ask for your advice to solve these problems

    Your tv also needs to be able to view 4k at 60fps.

    What are you watching satellite or iptv.

    Are you pressing standby as in power button once.

    or deep standby as in holding the power button or using the menus to deep standby

    I have the same problem. When I put the receiver in standby mode for 6 or 8 hours and once I turn it on there is no signal. Must be restart the stb. I use openatv 7.1 and diseqc 1.1.

    Configure the 2nd tuner. Disable the dvb-c, t2 and s2 if you don't use it. If you use and inverto slim lnb replace it.
